My parents are older and to know that they have one place where I can find all of their information and desires for the transitional process alleviates a lot of anxiety and allows for fewer uncomfortable and upsetting conversations with them.

GBNot what I expected from Lantern You sent email asking to login to account to see new changes in program. Could not log in, contacted you, your emails with temporary passwords do not work as I still cannot log in. Now I see in my account (after you sent temporary password) that our next bill is 9/9/21 but we are paid in full! Terrible service, poor support…very disappointed…what is going on?
