GBI'm extremely grateful for all the help… I'm extremely grateful for all the help and support Lantern has offered! End of life planning is intimidating and honestly, quite depressing to think about but the easy to use and thought out process Lantern has created makes it all seem a bit lighter. I lost my mom three years ago and I just wish the services Lantern provides was around then to help my family. Thanks for all the love!

GBNot what I expected from Lantern You sent email asking to login to account to see new changes in program. Could not log in, contacted you, your emails with temporary passwords do not work as I still cannot log in. Now I see in my account (after you sent temporary password) that our next bill is 9/9/21 but we are paid in full! Terrible service, poor support…very disappointed…what is going on?
