Breaking Equity Great website, from the team that is always available to help, to the UI that is easy to use. There is sample algos that you can use if you are not familiar with coding. The backtest feature, paper & live trading features all work excellently. The Paper trading is almost identical in execution to the Live trading. Pricing is great. The team is also constantly adding new features and more brokers will be available soon.

There have been times where the algo's have had an unexpected error's. The BE support staff has been able to quickly and efficiency help correct or explain my error.

Great platform Breaking Equity is an awesome idea that has only recently launched and is exactly what retail traders have been looking for. Now algo trading isn't only for hedgies and the support from these guys is outstanding. All of the bugs (expected with a new program) are ironed out extremely quick and the staff follows up on any issue and all ideas to make the platform better for everyone. I have already made decent money using the platform and do not miss out on big moves anymore and all emotions are taken out of the equation. Awesome work guys, looking forward to more gains!

Algorithmic trading made easy! When I started looking into algorithmic trading to standardize my trading, I began with a more programming heavy product. I downloaded it and started playing with it. Although I have a background in JAVA, the interface wasn't intuitive at all and after a couple days of barely being able to simulate anything, I began looking for another solution. I found Breaking Equity and loved the easy to understand interface. Creating an algorithm from my trading ideas and backtesting them against years of data was easy and very informative. With data going back to 2007, it was easy to refine my strategy for all market conditions to begin automated trading for real! I would reccommend Breaking Equity to anyone looking to move to algorithmic trading.

The software has been great for me The software has been great for me. I started with a Pro plan where you can build your own strategies but with the marketplace addition I think I will be switching to that. Interactive Brokers and TD Ameritrade integration is what makes it unique.
