Found the site through a spot listed on… Found the site through a spot listed on Craigslist. The customer support worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly (they did an awesome job). Only suggestions for improvement would be to include a link to the site in all email notifications. I had to keep bouncing back and forth to access my messages with the owner of the parking space and it would be easier to get to the site through a link in the email notifications.

Excellent service 👌 I switched to Parkaze after many unsuccessful attempts to find a tenant for my parking spot. Being new to Boston, the platform was super helpful in not only finding a verified tenant but also in assisting me with setting up my account and dealing with the transactions.
