The best acquirers you could ask for My company was acquired by PreviewX and they’ve been nothing short of a perfect acquirer. The process was always continuing and I’ve never had any negative feeling throughout the process. They’re really interested in founders succeeding and they’ve been patient, walked me through every step where I needed help (it was my first time) and overall they were people… you’d really want to spend time with? If that makes sense. I have no remorse as to whether I put my “baby” in the hands of someone who will take care of it. The process took 2 weeks from the moment we signed until the acquisition’s price was sent. Two weeks!! Bear in mind: weekends and national holidays were in-between too. I thought this type of stuff takes months. At best, 1 month. If you get an offer from them - take it. They’re fair, good business people and great folks generally. Personally I’m grateful I got the chance to see what a GREAT acquirer looks like.
