Bluedott™ Ultra Button Pillow not for everyone especially shorter people. The Bluedott™ Ultra Button Pillow for Neck Pain is a well made product. But not for everyone. It is designed for a 6ft person and not a 5ft person. My occiput did not reached the hollow of the blue dot and I ended up with my chin to my chest. Not helpful for neck pain! Removing the insert was difficult as it required quite some strength to remove the Blue Dot. You might need some help if you have hand and arm weakness. Service was sincere though only half refund was offered. I accepted as I would have to have paid for packaging and post (not to mention the bother) to return which was not mentioned on the website.
