I had been in the process of preparing my packet (with a lawyer) who we let go because of how slow they were. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Our forms were filled out accurately and our packet including the evidence looked great. We didn’t use support and cant say anything about that but we used the FAQ’s. Will be back for ROC if they have that by then.
