They don't use gimmicky tactics or make any false claims about products. The prices are at or below competitors. They are very responsive and willing to help if you need customer service.

The products are great The products are great, prices seem reasonable, and when I could figure out how to search the questions I had, the information was valuable and thorough. The website is unwieldy, though. I would find accessories for a product with no direct link to that product; find good information but then not remember the exact search term I'd used and not be able to find that information again. I found I had to take pen-and-paper notes to keep track of where I'd been on the site and how to get back there.

Great Support All Around The site was easy to navigate and purchasing was a breeze. Had an issue concerning the shipping. I contacted the Customer Support and they got back to me first thing the next day. I was informed of the issue and that it was resolved. Wonderful support all around. Highly recommend.

Edit: i appreciate that you unsubscribed for me but that's not what I meant. I meant the two emails asking for me to review your website. I apologize for being rude earlier. For the kind response, ill give an actual review. on mobile, its only okay, the header is annoying to deal with and blocks screen real estate. I wish I could browse through more broader categories too rather than subsections, or if there is one its easier to access. The aesthetic is cute though.

Perfect item for me! Although it’s more pricey than your average toy, you get exactly what you pay for and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It arrived quickly and safely. No defects, damages, rips or tears, but I wasn’t so worried about any of that since I also paid the extra $3 for a warranty in case anything did happen during shipping. It’s soft, flexible, and fun to use. I would definitely recommend it to people who struggle with the stiffness of many other toys available on the market.
