There was a small delay between my payment finalizing through PayPal and getting the order/payment confirmation, which worried me. In the time between, though, their customer service was immediately responsive and kept me up to date on when they received the payment. I followed the instructions PDF in the email when my order arrived and have been happily binge-free all week.

The problem is not in the product but in the payment system. They ask for immediate cash payment from the pay provider (in my case Paypal) which triggers an event that is similar to a cash advance, i.e. a cashadv fee and an interest rate of 29+% until paid, of which I am unaware until the next payment comes due. This increases cost substantially, which is particularly annoying if you always pay your balances when due.
