I would chat with him again. ☺️ There was a slow response to my emails re: purchasing my product. Though I understand security is extremely important re: creating of a Password, I had to keep repeating my choice, until it was accepted by TRP, so I could finalize my most recent purchase. The servises provided by them were alrite, nothing extraordinary, but the product quality is somwhat satifactory. I had to contact custormer service a lot, but they were alwals helpfull and friendly and made sure my issus were resolved. The prices are good too, which comes with a certain tradeoff - the quality of the items is almst good but not good enough. But all in all it was a pleasant experience. Ovwerall they are an ok choice, albit nothing speacial.
