I had to contact custormer service a lot, but they were alwals helpfull and friendly and made sure my issus were resolved. The prices are good too, which comes with a certain tradeoff - the quality of the items is almst good but not good enough. But all in all it was a pleasant experience. Ovwerall they are an ok choice, albit nothing speacial.
