GBTMailbird's help and cost There were times when I needed some help with my e-mail that I just couldn't fix and had to contact Support at Mailbird. In no time someone on their team got back to me and we solved the problem I was having. They price for their membership is very reasonable. I don't know of anyone that has those kind of membership prices and help that you need, at least I don't know of any. I almost cancelled my membership but decided to come back because of the outstanding help they gave me and for a very good price.

GBSolid Email Client and Decent Support I've been using Mailbird for several years. It's a great application and mostly I have no issues with it. Updates aren't too regular, but it seems like the developers were pretty thorough. Recently, I had an odd issue with my copy of Mailbird and, at first, I didn't feel like my concerns were being acknowledged. After a little bit of back-and-forth, I was able to work with an agent who took on the issue and helped me to resolve it.

GBA LIFETIME is only 9 years? I have had Mailbird for over 10 years, bought a lifetime subscription to 2.0 in 2015, and now they want to force an upgrade to 3.0. Here's my problem with this: Like all the others who purchased a lifetime subscription they promised a LIFETIME, not the lifetime of a small child. I recently purchased a new computer and there is no way to install version 2.0 even though a link was sent to me to do so. It automatically converts to 3.0 and tells me that my trial expires in 3 days (so Buy Now)! I understand they are a business that needs to make money, but doing it off the backs of people who supported them when they needed our help (and they did in 2015!), when we could have continued using a free version, is very bad PR. They can fix this by offering those who purchased a lifetime subscription a free upgrade and no or half price annual fee in my opinion.

AUEmail issue I had needed some help from a friend and she needed remote access to my emails from her machine which caused problems with my machine. After contacting Mailbird they solved my problem in double quick time. Very happy with service and gave them a nine out of ten. Would have given them a ten out of ten but that does not leave any room for improvement (not that they need it)
