GBForte’s Customer Care service This company doesn’t just make great products but they also have a really great customer care service. My order was delivered but not to my home so I figured maybe it was stolen as I was at work when it was delivered, I let Forte now what happen and they were very kind and wanted me to keep them updated while I waited to get video from the HOA. They said if It was missing they would take care of it so the next day I came home from lunch and the package was brought back. Forte contacted me to ask if anything had changed on the missing package status and it just showed that they truly care about their customers. Love this team!

GBI followed the directions exactly I followed the directions exactly. The product did live up to your description. It held well, and has a nice feel. Unfortunately, I have allergies to many hydrocarbons, perfumes, colognes, deodorants, hair spray, etc....I had to wash this out of my hair as fast as I could. Immediate headache, sinus issues. Don't care what anyone says. Call me a pussy or what ever. When it happens to you, then it's 100% real. I'll be giving this jar to my friend who is a hairdresser. When, or if you come up with a scent free product I'll try it again.

GBType of shipment is really bad Type of shipment is really bad. I'm following alex costa for so long. However this was my first ever purchase. I dont why but my has been returned without giving me any notification nor i got my money back too.
