So helpful if your deleted a scene I was working on a group video on animaker (free subscription) and I accidentally deleted some scenes. Since our video is due tmmrw and I didn't want my group members to redo their part so I reached out to the chat support team. They were able to help within an hour and retrieve all my deleted scenes. This saved me and my group mates a lot of time. Thank you for your help

I was frustrated with the amount of time it took to complete the publishing of my video, and make the file available to me to download. I was frustrated with the amount of time my video publishing was taking before it became available for me to use. Usually around the 4 hour mark I would lose patience. (Yes, 4 hours). It was if the process would just hang, and no one seemed to notice, and try as I might to contact customer service through the chat, they were slow to respond. But today Ashik made things happen much more quickly! And kept me informed throughout. Otherwise I like Animaker, it makes creating animations very possible, once I got through the learning curve (which wasn't very steep). There are one or two things in the design of the tools in Animaker I would like to see changed, but that's for another day.

A Fantastic Experience with Animaker One of the standout features of Animaker is the vast selection of animated characters and props available. The ability to customize the characters' appearance and movements added a delightful touch of personalization to my videos.
