The Support staff go above and beyond. They also gave me a student discount because I'm in college. Love this.

Be careful that you are signing up for a subscription and need to meet with them before canceling if you decide to ever cancel. (not hard to do, just requires a quick meeting so they can gather user feedback)

I decided to try them out for a small project, and it was okay, but there were some learning curves, and also, having to keep purchasing credits was annoying. I canceled my subscription, and they kept trying to charge me. I sent an email explaining that I was canceling my subscription, and now they keep spamming my email and phone asking for feedback. It's been about 2 months since I canceled, I've tried to tell them to stop contacting me, and I've blocked email. Now they have been harassing my phone.

I love using Foyr neo I love using Foyr neo! The software is amazing for my interior design business, I can easily create incredible designs, renders and 2D floorplans. The support staff are also always on hand and super willing to help with any queries I have.

Canceling before renewal starts is nonrefundable Horrible cancellation policy, they will charge you prior to end of contract and do not give a refund when you cancel two weeks before end of contract. The software was not worth it, for example it’s not disability friendly, had limited selection of furniture, and limitations to vaulting designs. It’s a scam.
