UNPROFESSIONAL and a SCAM UNPROFESSIONAL and honestly, a SCAM. I decided to try them out for a small project, and it was okay, but there were some learning curves, and also, having to keep purchasing credits was annoying. I canceled my subscription, and they kept trying to charge me. I sent an email explaining that I was canceling my subscription, and now they keep spamming my email and phone asking for feedback. It's been about 2 months since I canceled, I've tried to tell them to stop contacting me, and I've blocked email. Now they have been harassing my phone.

Feasible Software I discovered Neo through a friend. As an architect, i use many BIMs. Foyr Neo has definitely been of use for expressing designs, for interiors as well. It stands out b/c of the user friendly interface and iterations that happen online not having to worry about the high spec machine being in place. I'm surprised by the render quality considering the time it takes as it's all happening online.

Great Customer Success team (Noemi Olalo has been consistent, excellent contact). Product is powerful but not for someone without time to practice it a bit. Be careful that you are signing up for a subscription and need to meet with them before canceling if you decide to ever cancel. (not hard to do, just requires a quick meeting so they can gather user feedback)
