Great Customer Success team (Noemi Olalo has been consistent, excellent contact). Product is powerful but not for someone without time to practice it a bit. Be careful that you are signing up for a subscription and need to meet with them before canceling if you decide to ever cancel. (not hard to do, just requires a quick meeting so they can gather user feedback)

GBI was trying to upload a 3D design I was trying to upload a 3D design, and was having problems, the support staff took the file, fixed the issue, and then sent it back to me within an hour. The Support staff go above and beyond. They also gave me a student discount because I'm in college. Love this.

GBAmazing Renderings and easy to use! We are very pleased with our experience with Foyr. It is very user-friendly, and it really shines with the 3-D and 4K photo-realistic renderings. It is very simple to turn a floorplan into a rendering, and often people ask if it is a real photo. Our clients are very impressed with the quality of the renders we are able to provide. GBUNPROFESSIONAL and a SCAM UNPROFESSIONAL and honestly, a SCAM. I decided to try them out for a small project, and it was okay, but there were some learning curves, and also, having to keep purchasing credits was annoying. I canceled my subscription, and they kept trying to charge me. I sent an email explaining that I was canceling my subscription, and now they keep spamming my email and phone asking for feedback. It's been about 2 months since I canceled, I've tried to tell them to stop contacting me, and I've blocked email. Now they have been harassing my phone.
