Canceling before renewal starts is nonrefundable Horrible cancellation policy, they will charge you prior to end of contract and do not give a refund when you cancel two weeks before end of contract. The software was not worth it, for example it’s not disability friendly, had limited selection of furniture, and limitations to vaulting designs. It’s a scam.

3rd year using Foyr and going! It has been 3 years since we get on board Foyr to support our rendering department. SCAM - Horrible business ethics! I ordered the software to try on a small project. I'm trying to cancel my account and this company is borderline harassing. They require you to answer questions, then make an appointment to cancel. When you reach out to support, they again go around and around on keeping the account and still won't cancel it without forwarding it to another person. Beware before giving them money then trying to get out of it!
