Canceling before renewal starts is nonrefundable Horrible cancellation policy, they will charge you prior to end of contract and do not give a refund when you cancel two weeks before end of contract. The software was not worth it, for example it’s not disability friendly, had limited selection of furniture, and limitations to vaulting designs. It’s a scam.

Although they need to update their 3D library with more updated designs, the existing once are quite good to get the job done. I was trying to upload a 3D design I was trying to upload a 3D design, and was having problems, the support staff took the file, fixed the issue, and then sent it back to me within an hour. The Support staff go above and beyond. They also gave me a student discount because I'm in college. Love this.
