I'm still not connected and can't… I'm still not connected and can't access my Software I didn't get an ID for access the software and when I try to get my username and password it doesn't work I'm not happy about that and calling customer service now

The software works exactly as… The software works exactly as described. I'm still learning some of the keyboard shortcuts but that will come in time with repeated use.
