GBI was very happy with your company I was very happy with your company, but no one had notified me that of the two items I ordered, only one would show up. I had to call your business to let them know only one arrived, and they said they no longer had the second item and had to Refund my money. They should’ve let me know prior to the arrival of my missing item

GBWrong order late delivery Wrong order. I ordered the unsweetened Hazelnut Coffee and got the sweetened. I was promised a shipping date but the delivery came a week after the initial delivery date. I was unable to find anyone to talk to or request fixing the wrong order.
