CAHostiso's server are fast, but support is subpar Hostiso's server are fast, it's true, but their tech support is not the greatest. I've been working in IT for over 20 years, and while I'm not a seasoned linux admin, I'm reasonably fluent with basic and intermediate issues and solutions. I ask good questions and provide useful info for reference, and I get short and unhelpful answers, sometimes with a dose of attitude. I'm used to working with Dreamhost, where they are focussed on customer service & helping me solve the problem, which Includes explaining things if It seems like I don't understand their proposed solution... With Hostiso, I frequently get the sense that their techs are annoyed that they have to help and just want me to stop bothering them. I once had to hound them for the better part of an entire weekend to finally investigate throughly enough to realize that there was, in fact, a problem at their end... even thought I provided multiple pieces of evidence that my site was intermittently down. My client was BEYOND frustrated, and I had to eat the cost of that weekend, because a simple domain/namserver migration shouldn't require a 3 solid days of troubleshooting. I never experienced that in over 20 years of setting up domains/sites.

CASUPERB! As the title says! SUPERB! Hostiso has been great for many months. Have a dedicated server with Hostiso (managed) , Hostiso is keeping the server up and running without any issues. We regularly check with them about keeping all system software up 2 date. Tickets are responded in timely manner. Good job.

ITGreat service from Hostiso We had a really slow social network and every time there was always a problem getting assistance. We moved to Hostiso and we have solved many problems. We are not very experienced with updates, they are always a problem for us. Switching to a new version involves risks and problems. And when we create it involuntarily, the assistance of Hostiso experts comes into play. They deal with it patiently and with great dedication and solve every trouble that arises. GBI've been extremely pleased with… I've been extremely pleased with Hostiso hosting service. I was paying a bit more for a similar hosting package from another "top-rated" host, but ran into an issue where the other host would not allow use of Nextcloud. With the Hostiso business plan I have 500GB of space (a lot more than I had previously), a great price (pay for 3 years for more savings), and responsive customer support through tickets. Live chat for sales is also available. So far, it's been a great experience and I do recommend.

RUHostiso - Best among the Best. Before migrating to Hostiso two years back, i've tried a myriad of other hosting companies such as Hostgator, Bluehost, Goddady etc. None of them compares with Hostiso.
