When I found Snowside Hosting and realized it was American owned and operated. I decided to give them a try, and oh my goodness I’m glad I did. This company has extraordinary service! Not only is the hardware top notch but their customer service is absolutely amazing (oh and their pricing is better than any where I’ve found so far). They are super fast at getting to support tickets and are very knowledgeable in what they do. They take time no matter when or where they are and make sure their customers are satisfied. Gonna be honest with this one here, Gonna be honest with this one here, I went into this open minded as the old host was questioning every aspect of anything we did. If we wanted 10GBps networking we had to explain why we wanted it. As we were wanting it even if we weren't using it we still wanted it to expand into it. Another great thing that came about this we went and bought a year colocation for our server. In bonus for prepaying for an entire year was also gifted 2 months free for the prepayment of the annual billing. Have had great service with all the management team, have gotten my server upgraded into 10gbps no issues, working on our next upgrade for our server. Overall loving the service. (:
