CATerrible customer service There was a misunderstanding couple years ago. They permanently disabled my account and the person managing my emails even blocked my emails. First time this happens with any service I ever used. It just popped while I was programming, even after years I can't believe it.

DEI used to like this platform. Used to be a good platform for sharing videos without needing a YouTube account. Until they adopted an anti-consumer subscription model. Look, I don't mind subscription models and I'll support an app if I like it, until it forces you to do so or else your videos get deleted. You can't get any more hostile than that to your own customers.

GBGreat service Have used Streamable for a little while on my renddder.com platform for hosting 3D animations. I love their pricing, the customer service has been very responsive and helpful, adding/editing/managing videos is super easy. Lots of respect for their UI designer and for whoever came up with their name.
