The server uptime is almost 100% a-few issues I've had was additional IPs being reverted every so often making me have to reconfigure them but other than that it's been very good for price.

the customer support the customer support suck i bought a server and it not even working down opened a ticket, been 7 days without response not renewing with them even it just a few bucks ...

Good experience Would be 5 star but support is slow so yeah, uptime is good for the price tho, Overall a good experience .

Their support is terrible. The tickets are answered very late and they request you to not send them any reminder messages even if it is just a message per week on tickets pending for almost a month!
