We received a response within an hour and were told the integration we'd inquired about (Zapier) would be expanded within a week (which it was). We've been using AddEvent for six months now and that level of support has persisted. The product is fantastically built, reliable, and robust with the support team always being an email away. They're constantly adding new features as a result of feedback and have become what feels like an extension of our development team.

GBA Wonderful Experience We implemented AddEvent into our business a few months ago, and it has been a wonderful experience. It's very convenient for recording prospective attendees, reminding the prospective attendees, and for offering our clients a full sync-able calendar of all our events. The customer service has also been very efficient and helpful in catering to our specific needs.

Camella was very patient, friendly and demonstrated how to resolve the issue via video. Super helpful for a visual learner like me. The platform itself is incredibly useful and has made life a lot easier for me to share all of my events publicly.
