Amazing Apple Music Recorder!! This is the best Apple Music Convertor I've ever tried, It enables me to record and convert the songs that I like into MP3 format quickly and losslessly, then I can play them on my car player whenever I want, that's amazing! And as I know, it can also support to convert iTunes downloaded audiobooks into 4 different formats. I will try it later.

No response from support team I purchased the 1 month subscription to try out the software however, I made an error keying in my email address. I immediately emailed the support team to inform them of my error and sought help to rectify my email address so that I could receive the keycode. I have sent 3 emails over the last 9 hours and have yet to hear from the support team. It was stated in the website that the support team is 24/7 but I am still waiting for a reply.

Awful experience, ruined a birthday gift idea! Awful, they took my money and didn't send me a registration email to be able to log in and use the service I supposedly brought. In essence, I gave free money away to these crooks. On top of that they refuse to give you a refund based on them not sending you log in details? No common sense. If I could rate this company less than 1 Star, i would!!
