No response from support team I purchased the 1 month subscription to try out the software however, I made an error keying in my email address. I immediately emailed the support team to inform them of my error and sought help to rectify my email address so that I could receive the keycode. I have sent 3 emails over the last 9 hours and have yet to hear from the support team. It was stated in the website that the support team is 24/7 but I am still waiting for a reply.

I have been searching for something that can real download Spotify songs because every time when my subscription expired, I can't listen music for offline any more. TuneCable delivered on all exceeded expectrations - including customer support, when the app kept crashing on me. The simple fix was updating my Ventura OS to 13.6.5, believe it or not from 13.6.4! TuneFab had been breached - no thanks! And the most of the others were just too complicated. If you want tio convert the highest res you can get from Apple - like 24bit/96k, though few tracks are offered quite that high - yet, then look no further. This thing just works!
