Awful experience, ruined a birthday gift idea! Awful, they took my money and didn't send me a registration email to be able to log in and use the service I supposedly brought. In essence, I gave free money away to these crooks. On top of that they refuse to give you a refund based on them not sending you log in details? No common sense.
