Terrible product, worse customer engagement. Don’t be deceived by the promise of an agile approach to customise standard software. The software itself was subpar lacking the most fundamental flows which can be changed for additional payment. Which appears to be an elaborate ruse. I learnt the hard way. I suspect the positive reviews might be fake. Do your due diligence and ask for a very detailed walk through before signing the agreement.
