The copier is brilliant The copier is brilliant, the video instruction videos are great, but maybe 1 or 2 things could be clearer, but none the less, quick and easy to follow for the most part. Following on from that, I had a few teething issues (my fault) from the set up but the customer support has been fantastic! Very quick, all solutions are easy to follow. The only wish I had is if the provider says close TP1 it closes all trades unless you have ‘close’ in ‘ignore keyword’, only because every now and again the provider will say close all trades for that pair and I’ll have to manually close that as it ignores all close messages Had it a week or so now, bots already paid for itself!

It has started to work After I purchased the product I realised the error: I thought it’s another copier. Of course they refused the refund. I thought let’s give it a try. If a channel sends signals on more than 2 formats the copier will miss one of them. Only one extra format can be added in their configuration. Second of all there is no way knowing where the order is coming from because it doesn’t put channel names in the order comment. I asked again for a refund and they come up with all kind of ridiculous excuses to refuse the refund. Do not buy this product, stay away! UPDATE: It has started to work after support offered some troubleshooting sessions. Will keep testing and update as it goes!

The live support is either incredibly slow I'm in the midst of the installation process, and while the product seems promising, there's a noticeable lack of detailed information regarding its capabilities and procedures. Incredible software Incredible software. I didn't realize this sort of thing even existed until a friend of mine sent me this, the closet I can think of is Cornix which is kind of terrible in comparison. So many options are given. Reasonable pricing too, really nice.
