GBWouldn't issue a refund for service never used. I cancelled my account the moment I got it, as it turns out I didn't need it. However they refused to refund the money because of some policy. I've never in my 20+ years of using web hosts have a heard of a company not issuing refunds for something never used. Unreal.

GBExcellent company but even better people! Ive been working with Ryan now for over a week managing a transfer from another host with 3 Dedicated servers and over 50 IP's. Ryan has went above and beyond with helping us with this process. I have been stressed through this process, had money issues at a point and Ryan still held up to his part of the deal and actually offered us better then what we had for a great price! He has kept me updated the whole time and has even offered us another option that would greatly help us in the process of transferring everything over. This is a wonderful company but even more excellent well mannered people who understand the day to day life. Feels more like a family operated company then a typical hosting company! 11/10! Thank you guys again for this!
