They decided my hosting plan is "no longer offered" and they refuse to increase my bandwith, even tho their site states they offer "unmetered traffic" ... they really don't.

They didn't have a service that worked… They didn't have a service that worked for me, but they helped me with a refund and they were extremely courteous the whole time. I worked with Murphy and he's a top tier support agent!
