NOHelpful customer service! Cheap 13$ but high quality waist trainer plus 30$ fast shipping FedEx. But the size wasn't matching their chart guide size. So I contacted them on WhatsApp and they seem kind and willing to fix it by sending another small size one to me, if I cover the shipping! I agreed the deal because it is definitely worth!

CASizing charts are NOT accurate! Sizing charts are completely inaccurate. None of my garments fit. Some are WAY too small and some are WAY too big (all were size xs-s). Certain items fit like an XXS meanwhile a size XS item fit like a medium/large. Completely dissatisfied.
