GBWorst company i have ever dealt with Only gave 1 star as can't give no stars Worst company I ever dealt with, Requested a line shift, 1st was sent an engineer from Openreach to mend a fault, who said a line shift had to be requested by phone provider and they has said there was a fault. Now say they can't shift the line even though openreach advise you must book an appt through your phone provider. Staff have no idea what they are doing, keep asking will get back to us in 72 hours still waiting. Don't ever use Now cheap but completely useless and a waste of money.
