From collecting rent to messaging and maintenance through their app, I find this to be the most useful tool for landlords! Also with the pandemic, Pickspace has been ideal for unnecessary contact with tenants. If I could give more stars I would ;)

It is important to continue to improve the reports in the system, which will provide more information according to the specific needs of the client, as well as easier use of automatic email messages a I have been using the system for over 3 years. I feel that over time the system has greatly improved, especially in terms of user experience. Each action is relatively easy to implement, the reports that can be generated from the system are very helpful to create plans for further action. The team of the system is available almost 24 hours a day and in any problem the team tries to help us and most of the problems are solved. They helped us connect the system to our accounting system to facilitate the process in this area. Overall, I am satisfied with the system and think that there is always an intention to bring about further improvement and automation that will contribute in the future.
