GBConvoso - a Step Above the Rest Feature rich. Lots of robust elements to help any growing call center or telemarketing division. Without a deep expertise in Call Center software many of the features and their mechanics come off as extremely technical and complex. However, the onboarding team does a fantastic job (Douglas Ortega - sensational Implementation Manager). Took a while to get the momentum going after signing the contract, but since then we've gained significant ground and were able to stand up our solution within 9 weeks. We find the overall Convoso experience to be pleasant and effective. Our teams are stoked to use the tool. It has allowed for greater expansion of the business at a much faster clip. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Convoso
