Every time our computer times out, we would have to wash our hands, log back in, wash our hands, then get back to work which is difficult once you've lost your train of thought. It was a frustrating process but necessary because we're handling food. Thanks to GateKeeper Halberd, we've eliminated that entire process.

GateKeeper has been the best… The GateKeeper has been the best investment I've made in my office. As an admin, I spend a ton of time at my PC, but also a lot of time physically helping users. With that being said...a lot of my day is logging into my PC and locking it. We'll say, on average, I lock and log into my PC 40 times a day. Setting the proximity sensors so that the PC unlocking when I walk into my office, and locking when I leave has saved me approximately 30-45 minutes per day. It's nice for my PC to be ready to go as soon as I sit down at it. My favorite feature is honestly the locking mechanism. I have a terrible habit of abruptly leaving my office when a user is having an issue. Before the GateKeeper I never remembered to lock my PC, or thought about it as soon as I got to the door and had to turn back. Now I have peace of mind that my PC is locked, and if in doubt...I can hit the manual lock button on the fob. Another nifty feature is how it can store info for multiple accounts, making it much easier to login to remote servers. The GateKeeper has definitely solved the issues of me forgetting to lock my PC, and saving me a lunch break worth of time. It's simply a wonderful authentication device. Since it only has to be physically present to work, it cuts out the annoyance of having to use my phone and an authenticator app in several instances. I'm not sure about you, but it's an irritation to me when I'm trying to login and have to dig my phone out of my pocket, or my phone is laying away from me. I always have the GateKeeper on my lanyard. So...this device saves time, has great features, and solves some issues that waste your time, and issues that annoy you when you're in a time crunch. The benefits speak for themselves. The software is also really easy to use and understand. As an admin, I get tired of overly complicated software. GateKeeper keeps is clean, and easy. This is certainly a product worth having and I highly recommend it. It's worth the investment!
