GBSeamless Transition to Working from Home during COVID In light of the COVID-19 crisis, our selection of LendingFront has proven a good choice once again. When the crisis forced us to close our offices and begin working from home, BBL’s small business loan program did not miss a beat. As a cloud-based platform, we could easily continue working from home while maintaining good security. As an overarching comprehensive program, all borrower files and documents remained accessible and all functions could continue as always, including ACH payment withdrawals. And its easy-to- use custom design allowed BBL to modify its programming and provide interest-free deferrals to our COVID-19 affected borrowers at the flip of a switch. We certainly never anticipated such a situation, but thanks to LendingFront, we were, nevertheless, prepared for it.
