GBThe guys at FetchApp are great! The guys at FetchApp are great and so is the service! Been with them for a couple of years now and never had any issues other than ones I've created myself, and FetchApp were great at helping me to resolve them.

GBAbsolutely perfect customer service! Absolutely perfect customer service! My bank failed to pass an automatic, monthly payment AND failed to notify me about it. The funds were in my account but for some reason that my bank can not identify, the bank messes up. FetchApp gave me all the time I needed to sort the issue and were brilliant and as a sufferer of depression, anxiety, and a few other conditions, I can only use compassionate, understanding and exceptional suppliers and so I will be sticking with FetchApp for my EMP mp3 music sales [ArtechQPM is my tech startup] on-going and I absolutely recommend them!

USI really like Fetch...you do have to… I really like Fetch...you do have to watch your receipts, but I found that the problems tended to be as a result of the store not properly identifying your items. I recently found this issue on a multiple purchase of spag sauce. Only one bottle was properly identified; the rest were not. When Fetch only gave me credit for one, I pointed out the error and within a few days they had corrected the error and gave my points.

USI like this app but watch your points I like this app, don’t love it. You get 25 points every time you upload a receipt even if there wasn’t something worth points. My problem is that you have to watch your points. I have bought promotional items and they passed over them until i emailed the company about it. So watch to make sure everything is correct

USUnacceptable Lack of Fulfillment and lack of customer service Horrible, practically no existent customer service. Digital orders are being charged & paid but are NOT being delivered consistently, and I can get no assistance through FetchApp
