I follow instructions exactly as stated and let it sit 10 minutes in my hair before rinsing, I wash my hair 2-3 times a week, so I've used this 4 times so far and couldn't be happier!

I’m really curious about the people… I’m really curious about the people that say that is tastes great. I can’t get through a cup no matter how much I try to dilute it down with more water. I guess it’s the collagen that makes it slimy effect and I tried the mango and it’s horrible. Tried for a month. No results and didn’t read the fine print so now have 3 bottles and of course automatically took my money. Be careful in ordering! Also customer service crap. Again tastes like horrible slim. Little results. Will take your money.
