A great customer service experience There was a little problem with shipping, but the customer service rep, Ysel, did a wonderful job of taking care of it. I really love using the amp, I find I look forward to practicing more than ever, simply because it sounds so good!

Spark Control Recently ordered the Spark control and it came quickly and without issue. The only "negative" I would give regarding the whole process was finding CLEAR and CONCISE instructions on how to use it. The only real option to find out all the aspects was to cobble together findings from YouTube videos.

Wow this thing is CRAP!! Wow this thing is CRAP!!! Worked great with my first phone but as soon as I got a new device this thing went to s#*t! Even positive grid can’t figure it out. Bluetooth won’t work so I can’t even play music through it. It’s just a glorified pawn shop Crate. Eats my lunch I got rid of a very good Line6 Amplifi 60 to get this. I know a lot of people have had good luck with them but when they fail, they fail BIG! And positive grid just doesn’t give a s#*t so you will be stuck with a useless paperweight. I’m thinking I’ll run this one over with the old bulldozer we have. Might just make a YouTube video of it. Only way I’ll get any money back on a crap product

Purchased the spark amp 40 Purchased the spark amp 40. Received it after 3 days. I would give a five but for the fact that there is very little in the way of communication and explaining how to use the app itself and what it comes with. Another point is that the postal number is for Evri. Great amp lots of amazing functions and really looking forward to using this amazing amp. Perfect for progressing and even making tracks
