GBPhishing emails are daily Constant influx of spam and phishing emails, most of which claim to be from mail.com itself threatening to shut down my account. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to either filter these to spam or report them to mail.com.

LKMy Experience with mail.com - A Review Hello mail.com Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for reaching out and emphasizing the importance of feedback. It's reassuring to know that my experience and opinions are valued by my email provider. I have submitted a review on Trustpilot, as requested. In it, I shared my thoughts on the user interface, the efficiency of your service, and the support I've received. Overall, my journey with mail.com has been positive, but I also mentioned a few areas where I believe there is room for improvement. It's great to see a company actively seeking out ways to enhance user satisfaction. I look forward to seeing the continuous improvements and am glad to be a part of the mail.com community. Thank you for your dedication to providing exceptional service. Please feel free to reach out if there are any specific feedback activities or surveys I can participate in to further contribute to your growth. Warm regards, Ishara

GBEmail address independent of ISP I am about to change my ISP and will lose my associated email address. I needed an email facility independent of ISP and mail.com more than filled the bill. Delighted with the result and the service.

SEVERY BAD when it comes to updating… VERY BAD when it comes to updating inbox, both on iPad and even iPhone 15 Pro Max. Unbelievable to have such bad behaviour after so many years!!!! Especially with gmx.de which uses the same app. Even if lots of emails were deleted using web email, the app always shows these in inbox, sometimes until I start app, change folder and go back to inbox! How hard can it be?
