CHProvided me with the wrong unlocking… Provided me with the wrong unlocking code twice. Support has vanished and refuses to give me an explanation or a simple reply even though I've provided them with the requested video evidence. I will take legal action if I don't get my refund. Really shabby service!

I decided to use this service for unlocking my phone. After filling the form and paining to their service a was waiting only one week and after that my phone was successfully unlocked. I have been using this portal since 7 years and I have unlocked up to 10 devices so far without any concerns. Do not waste money on unsecured sites and other portal which are costing very high and unreliable.

GBExcellent Service They were unable to unlock my specific galaxy s23 ultra phone and issued a full refund. This speaks well to Unlock River's morals as a business. If you need a phone unlocking service there is no risk in trying Unlock River.

AERead the T&C's very carefully!! Be careful before paying any money! Unlock River homepage is very miss leading. I strongly advise anyone who may use their service to read the small print first within their T&C's. Refunds are not as straight forward as advertised when they clearly state they can unlock any phone carrier! Final result for me - No unlock & no refund, having to communicate with judgemental staff.
