The Doodly software is fun and easy to… The Doodly software is fun and easy to use. But that is not why I am giving Doodly 5 Stars. The customer support and the large number of videos Doodly provides are helpful in creating projects with their software. I thought of trying other software packages, but I am hooked on Doodly with their outstanding customer support!

Not transparent in pricing, bad customer support for an actually handy tool They are overpriced for the market compared to others, Software starts at 67$, then another upgrade to enterprise for 97$ more. Their customer support is friendly, but not good. The software would actually be nice, if they wouldn't focus on profit more than customer satisfaction! The pricing for the plans is not transparent at all. Also, that login and purchasing in another app/site (voomly) is more complicated than it would have to be.

Great product and greater service! If you have an artistic bend but don't want to start from scratch learning how to make digital art/videos, Doodly is a great tool to get you in the game! I've found the many characters/props cover almost all topics I wish to depict and the software is very intuitive to use. Also, any time I've had questions, a real person gets back to me within a day and has always had the answer I needed.

Great tool Really cool way of doing presentations. Quick to pull together, a bit fiddly to get the voice over lined up with the graphics but with a bit of practice you'll get a lot quicker. The only thing limiting you is your own imagination and creativeness.

Positive experience so far... Doodly was recommended by a friend of mine who is a teacher and she uses it in her online class and I wanted to do something similar. I was hesitant at first because of a few reviews I read about customer service and login issues, so I reached out to their customer service team before I even purchased with questions and they were helpful. I also reviewed their You Tube videos to see what the software did and how to install it. I did have an issue when I purchased and that was I put a typo into my email address so I didn't get the login or receipt. I contacted support a second time and they resolved the issue within an hour. I like using Doodly alot! I wish it could add color drawings without paying more but it does what I need it to do and my students have said it's a much more interesting way to learn about economics so I am pleased.
