It takes long periods of time to get any kind of help or reply in chat and the cancellation policy can only be compared to theft. Make sure you DON'T throw anything away - including papers, instructions, the box ... etc. They charge for every item missing from the box when you try to cancel

Easy to set up and get connected I purchased this allowing myself the ability to work from home/remote. Solis is easy to set up right out of the box with simple step by step instructions making it easy to get connected to WiFi fast and with ease. Wide variety of plans to pay as you go (pay per GB) or as a subscription service. Device kept connection for entire day while using and I even conducted a few zoom calls with this. Highly recommend!

Got this just before COVID hit so… Got this just before COVID hit so finally able to use it on my recent trip to Europe. Used it in Madeira, Vigo Spain, Brussels and Amsterdam with my iPad and got connected without difficulty to reasonably fast networks and maintained connections. Husband able to connect his iPhone too.

Easy to set up and select a program Easy to set up and select a program, easy to add data! Traveled thru Greece and Italy and never had an issue. Charged it and tucked it into my day pack and had connectivity where ever we went. No worries about foreign networks or hidden roaming charges. Set the phones in airplane mode and connect thru WiFi. Especially helpful using maps and navigating cities-walking or by car.

IAN stole our WI-FI Solis gave it back We just had to go through a cable less/ Wi-Fi less month and while we are T mobile phone users and had their hot spots due to towers being down the signal was weak. So I searched and found Solis Lite it immediately got us back online on multiple carriers depending on which window I placed it in!!! We Love Solis, and living in Hurricane prone Fl it’s a must!!!
