Support Issues I enjoy the CAD itself, however we have been in contact with the technical team to fix our Court System. They have not fixed it after several months now. This is something we really want to use, and we have contacted them several times with no progress other than them closing our tickets without fixing the issue.

Quick and knowledgeable support! I purchased a VPS package and after the initial provisioning process I was having difficulty getting it to start/bootup. No assistant I had an issue with permissions for my admins and I made a ticket, after one response from the team again after they requested information from me, i sent them what they needed. this has already been a week since i first made a ticket and they closed it and didnt help, might be changing services
