I had a simple question about customization in the CAD / MDT I ordered and no one on the support team could help, so they sent me to Tyler G. himself, the CEO. No assistant I had an issue with permissions for my admins and I made a ticket, after one response from the team again after they requested information from me, i sent them what they needed. this has already been a week since i first made a ticket and they closed it and didnt help, might be changing services
