In a matter of a couple hours, my server was back up and running on a new VPS like nothing ever happened!

I would like a full refund I would like a full refund. I clicked purchase before making a account , thinking it would just let me add it onto a server once I’ve done, but did not receive it. I also contacted customer service and got no response. I attempted joining the discord server but the community support is read only.
