GBI would like a full refund I would like a full refund. I clicked purchase before making a account , thinking it would just let me add it onto a server once I’ve done, but did not receive it. I also contacted customer service and got no response. I attempted joining the discord server but the community support is read only.

GBSupport Issues I enjoy the CAD itself, however we have been in contact with the technical team to fix our Court System. They have not fixed it after several months now. This is something we really want to use, and we have contacted them several times with no progress other than them closing our tickets without fixing the issue.

GBShort Delay Had a one day delay for the server, was mildly perturbed but I was given a one week extension due to my troubles. Greatly appreciate it! Amazing customer service.

GBYes! Yes! Yes! Modern Solutions is a great provider, they are diligent with responding to tickets and overall give you what you paid for. I had a simple question about customization in the CAD / MDT I ordered and no one on the support team could help, so they sent me to Tyler G. himself, the CEO. He was able to help me resolve my issue and was extremely nice. I definitely recommend this product!
