GBNo assistant I had an issue with permissions for my admins and I made a ticket, after one response from the team again after they requested information from me, i sent them what they needed. this has already been a week since i first made a ticket and they closed it and didnt help, might be changing services

GBSupport Issues I enjoy the CAD itself, however we have been in contact with the technical team to fix our Court System. They have not fixed it after several months now. This is something we really want to use, and we have contacted them several times with no progress other than them closing our tickets without fixing the issue.

I had a simple question about customization in the CAD / MDT I ordered and no one on the support team could help, so they sent me to Tyler G. himself, the CEO. He was able to help me resolve my issue and was extremely nice. I definitely recommend this product!
