GBNo assistant I had an issue with permissions for my admins and I made a ticket, after one response from the team again after they requested information from me, i sent them what they needed. this has already been a week since i first made a ticket and they closed it and didnt help, might be changing services

If I had to means to do so I would without a shadow of doubt upgrade and spend my money on this CAD because in my opinion it would be worth it.

GBSupport Issues I enjoy the CAD itself, however we have been in contact with the technical team to fix our Court System. They have not fixed it after several months now. This is something we really want to use, and we have contacted them several times with no progress other than them closing our tickets without fixing the issue.

GBI received a prompt response⦠I received a prompt response considering the circumstances with the ongoing event that the company had experienced. The President of the company even took the time to reach out via Discord and assist me in my issue. In a matter of a couple hours, my server was back up and running on a new VPS like nothing ever happened!
