Quick and knowledgeable support! I purchased a VPS package and after the initial provisioning process I was having difficulty getting it to start/bootup. I reached out to tech support and they were able to quickly get me up and running. The tech's communication throughout the process was clear and informative. Their support was very quick. Support Issues I enjoy the CAD itself, however we have been in contact with the technical team to fix our Court System. They have not fixed it after several months now. This is something we really want to use, and we have contacted them several times with no progress other than them closing our tickets without fixing the issue.

Better then any other support that I've… Better then any other support that I've seen through online tickets. Most big sites use bots for their support, these are actual agents ready to help you out with any issue. Keep up the great work.

Super customizable, easy to use, perfectly balanced payed and free options As said in the title, the cad was easy to use, easily customizable and the balance between paid and free content. If I had to means to do so I would without a shadow of doubt upgrade and spend my money on this CAD because in my opinion it would be worth it.

I would like a full refund I would like a full refund. I clicked purchase before making a account , thinking it would just let me add it onto a server once I’ve done, but did not receive it. I also contacted customer service and got no response. I attempted joining the discord server but the community support is read only.
