Yes! Yes! Yes! Modern Solutions is a great provider, they are diligent with responding to tickets and overall give you what you paid for. He was able to help me resolve my issue and was extremely nice. I definitely recommend this product!

Good Start up CAD but not a forever CAD This CAD is good for start up and because it's free but I would not pay for this CAD because the errors they have they don't fix. They're editing power lacks on arrests report and citation need work. It only shows jail time in seconds and the citation fee area doesn't work. Civilian notes doesn't work and the Civilian character area needs work. (example: when you put the character's weight in it asks for "metic" measurements but then changes it to pounds later.
