Good Start up CAD but not a forever CAD This CAD is good for start up and because it's free but I would not pay for this CAD because the errors they have they don't fix. They're editing power lacks on arrests report and citation need work. It only shows jail time in seconds and the citation fee area doesn't work. Civilian notes doesn't work and the Civilian character area needs work. (example: when you put the character's weight in it asks for "metic" measurements but then changes it to pounds later.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Modern Solutions is a great provider, they are diligent with responding to tickets and overall give you what you paid for. I had a simple question about customization in the CAD / MDT I ordered and no one on the support team could help, so they sent me to Tyler G. himself, the CEO. this is by far one of the best cad… this is by far one of the best cad systems I've ever seen, and I've been Roleplaying for years. Thanks for allowing people to roleplay using this amazing cad system.

No assistant I had an issue with permissions for my admins and I made a ticket, after one response from the team again after they requested information from me, i sent them what they needed. this has already been a week since i first made a ticket and they closed it and didnt help, might be changing services
