GBI received a prompt response… I received a prompt response considering the circumstances with the ongoing event that the company had experienced. The President of the company even took the time to reach out via Discord and assist me in my issue. In a matter of a couple hours, my server was back up and running on a new VPS like nothing ever happened!

GBSupport Issues I enjoy the CAD itself, however we have been in contact with the technical team to fix our Court System. They have not fixed it after several months now. This is something we really want to use, and we have contacted them several times with no progress other than them closing our tickets without fixing the issue.

GBGood Start up CAD but not a forever CAD This CAD is good for start up and because it's free but I would not pay for this CAD because the errors they have they don't fix. They're editing power lacks on arrests report and citation need work. It only shows jail time in seconds and the citation fee area doesn't work. Civilian notes doesn't work and the Civilian character area needs work. (example: when you put the character's weight in it asks for "metic" measurements but then changes it to pounds later.

GBQuick and knowledgeable support! I purchased a VPS package and after the initial provisioning process I was having difficulty getting it to start/bootup. I reached out to tech support and they were able to quickly get me up and running. The tech's communication throughout the process was clear and informative. Their support was very quick.
