Be aware of their billing scams They have serious issues with their billing system and staff. The never update invoices status after paypal payments and keep asking for payment several times for same paid invoices over about 15 days. Contacting them for this dozen of times but clearly they do this on purpose so If you don't keep following they would keep stealing

Host service is good. Flat rate is fake. That is one time discount only. Host service is good. However please take care of flat rate offer. There is no flat rate. They are offering one time offer under the name of Flat Rate. This is support team's answer to me. Yes, it is a flat discount as we are running a promotion currently.
