USThis is the second time I’ve had items… This is the second time I’ve had items missing from my order. The first time ampules were missing and they just refunded me instead of sending the complete order. The actual product was open and missing items. This time they sent me two cheap bags as a gift instead of the bag and perfume set. Then when I contacted them they told me their investigation said both were shipped. They lie! I will never use these crooks again! Or Dermstore! Beware of ordering from them!

USShowing the item on email receipt with… Showing the item on email receipt with tax included under price lead me to belive I was charged more than price listed on site, as tax was also listed below on receipt. The check out was just weird / different than expected UX.
