Joyce Factory Direct Had Joyce Factory Direct install 3 windows on Monday. This is the third time I have used them for replacing windows. I've done my sunporch, my kitchen and this last was my dining room and both bedrooms. Mark and Adam were on time, courteous, wore masks, put down plastic runners in all the areas they would be in. When they finished, they cleaned up all the debris and wiped down everything they touched with anti-bacterial spray. Awesome!

Joyce did a shower replacement for us… Joyce did a shower replacement for us and the process was professional and went very smoothly. Brian in sales did a great job showing us all of the options available and was very knowledgeable. There was supposed to be a 10 week lead time to get the material and parts but to our surprise, everything arrived within a couple of weeks. Phil and Trevor came out to do the install and were very friendly and total professionals. They laid out drop clothes everywhere they needed to walk and cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. The job was completed in 2 days and looks great! Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Matthew & Malachi I am a little late w/this. On8-23-23 Matthew & Malachi installed 4 lg windows for us. It was the hottest day of the summer & they worked nonstop! They did an excellent job. I have no complaints & love the windows. They cleaned everything up & you would never know they'd even been here! I highly recommend these 2 men!
