Joyce Factory Direct Had Joyce Factory Direct install 3 windows on Monday. This is the third time I have used them for replacing windows. I've done my sunporch, my kitchen and this last was my dining room and both bedrooms. Mark and Adam were on time, courteous, wore masks, put down plastic runners in all the areas they would be in. When they finished, they cleaned up all the debris and wiped down everything they touched with anti-bacterial spray. Awesome!

Brian in sales did a great job showing us all of the options available and was very knowledgeable. There was supposed to be a 10 week lead time to get the material and parts but to our surprise, everything arrived within a couple of weeks. Phil and Trevor came out to do the install and were very friendly and total professionals. They laid out drop clothes everywhere they needed to walk and cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. The job was completed in 2 days and looks great! Would highly recommend.

Cisco 21 In early February, Rick Guido came to our home to provide a presentation on the installation of a shower. He spent as much time as we required, offering options and recommendations. Based on his presentation, we signed a contract a contract for $11k before he left. This week we had a shower installed. The installers were Phil and Trevor. These two young men were extremely polite. They immediately went to work, answered questions and did an all around great job. They cleaned everything up and completed the install in the two days as promised. The only fly in the ointment was the shower door was not correct. Phil explained and fitted shower with a rod and curtain to hold us over.

Unfortunately, the ISP I am with had a dynamic ip setup not a static and the IP changed. I tried to find a way to change this address to go to another ip. I even signed up to their service. I contacted them and told them the situation and they told me if I wish to recover this web address I need to signup to their Pro service. which is $119.88 a year or $12.99 a month. Obviously they think people are made of money, I have no intention to pay these prices. It's criminal to be honest. All I want to do is have control of 1 address, 1 redirection kept updated. They shouldn't be giving away free redirecting urls unless it's a temporary service. There should always be an account setup. I have friends and clients who I provide website hosting. Definitely won't be recommending tinyurl to them. Advise anyone who is looking for a short url redirection to look else where. Seems this website is only good for for setting up short urls to scamming people apparently.
