Answer if used in Japanese I use magai to create prompts mainly for Chatbot, which is very helpful because I can use GPT-4 and it understands Japanese instructions somewhat adequately. I look forward to seeing it evolve to provide more accurate answers in the future.

Charging for deleted account, seems like Fraud, still charging after cancellation I have tried their service and subscribed for the same. However, due to some reason I changed my mind and cancelled the service and also deleted my account with them as I decided not to use the same. But I just discovered that Magai is still charging me monthly subscription for the account that is already deleted. While trying to check they again created my account but I don't see subscription history. Moreover, I have already emailed them using their site contact form, and yet to receive a response as well as refund from them. With such kind of things, I do not recommend anyone to use or try their service.

The reason I canceled we their rewards for reviews, take your points away, instead of adding them. just all-around crappy experience, and seem like crooks.
