Scam 6 months ago I tested free version of Muconvert for Audible and it was working. So I bought a license for one year and surprise! it doesn't work... I have a "corrupted file" error. I never got any answer from support despite 2 resquets.. Edit 12/02: as they've asked, I send us more details the 06/02 but I never have any answer to my problem.

The company is scam The company is scam. The software is not working. And any attempt to contact "support" department is a bad joke. They will send you the standard text "please describe your problem". If you describe it 10 times - they will ask you again. Do not waste your money on them!
