AUThe company is scam The company is scam. The software is not working. And any attempt to contact "support" department is a bad joke. They will send you the standard text "please describe your problem". If you describe it 10 times - they will ask you again. Do not waste your money on them!

GB1 Star for customer support/LACK THER… 1 Star for customer support/LACK THER OF. Had been using MuConvert for Audible and it was working great and as advertised, until one day I get a windows error "DWrite.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error". Tried uninstalling/reinstalling with the same outcome. Screen shot the error and sent to "customer support" and got "we've received your issue and will reply" said reply was "you issue is fixed please leave a positive review, thank you". Yeah that's not happening cause MY ISSUE WAS NEVER RESOLVED!!! I'm hoping this will kick MyConvert in the but to FIX IT!!!

CAAfter using pro version of this… After using pro version of this software for few weeks, i am actually pretty impressed with it as it gives better results than what I used previously.
