Email Detail Archive Personally, after using Email Detail Archive for a few weeks even though firstly I couldn't figure out how to convert emails to PDF and asked about this in customer service and they helped me really fast. I highly recommend this program to save your time since this program turned into a must-have for me =)

Could Not Access Yahoo Mail Folders They were apologetic about the software not working for Yahoo mail. However they offer a free trial so that any issues can be caught before committing to a paid subscription. I chose not to go forward with tech support for a workaround to the issue.

I used Mail Pro for document discovery I used Mail Pro for document discovery, the original documents were in MSG file type. The app did a good job, the PDFs were good. I haven't contacted their support yet, though they asked me if I am pleased with the purchase (I am).

Their tools worked very well, and respectable IT support very satisfied by their software tools and their IT support. I think they are the best in market for processing your email archive files like PST or EML files. sometimes we have questions about some of their added features.. but their agent Kevin always responded in short time, and with step-by-step screenshots sometimes :)
