I absolutely love the sleek interface and fast launch of the applications. I am also impressed by the competence of their technical support team and how they always addressed all my questions and issues pertinently.

I used Mail Pro for document discovery I used Mail Pro for document discovery, the original documents were in MSG file type. The app did a good job, the PDFs were good. I haven't contacted their support yet, though they asked me if I am pleased with the purchase (I am).

Email Detail Archive Personally, after using Email Detail Archive for a few weeks even though firstly I couldn't figure out how to convert emails to PDF and asked about this in customer service and they helped me really fast. I highly recommend this program to save your time since this program turned into a must-have for me =)

Good service I am really impressed the way Email Detail Litigation handles all the emails. Tried it on my MSG and PST files. Very satisfied with it, without a doubt I want to recommend it to everyone.

Could Not Access Yahoo Mail Folders They were apologetic about the software not working for Yahoo mail. However they offer a free trial so that any issues can be caught before committing to a paid subscription. I chose not to go forward with tech support for a workaround to the issue.
