Friendly and helpful- went a long way!! Luke was so friendly, so helpful and so encouraging. I couldn't have had a better experience :) Even better- Luke showed me specific ways to look for contacts and it resulted with a lead for me who responded to me the next day. A huge win! Do not buy unless you want to explain to your boss why you are wasting company money Regret my company buying this after a… Regret my company buying this after a month. My company didn't succeed using it. A lot of missing RFPs and the data was wrong or broken links in most cases. We use 3 other services concurrently alongside this. We keep find ourselves using the other services and wishing we didn't waste our time or resource with this oversold solution. You can pretty much do better with any other bid service besides this one. And then you read the real reviews that are anything but good. Wish I would have found this site before purchasing. Data and Rfp are all out of date and not updated. Big waste of money. Unfortunate!!!!
