GBI have not received my wig I have not received my wig and it’s been a week. Their website states shipping takes 3-5 business days. I made multiple attempts to communicate with the company and they will not respond to emails, dms, or their whatsapp number. They charged my account and it still says the order has not even yet been processed.

GBGood customer service Good customer service. I place the order during their holiday. They arrange a fasting shipping for me. I get it before my birthday. The hair is good, i put into ponytail, get many compliments. And the pink robe is beautiful also.

GBI ordered my wig April 6th and it says… I ordered my wig April 6th and it says I was supposed to got my wig on the 8th still haven’t received it . Then I check ups it says rescheduled delivery and also says the shipper hasn’t sent the package . I’ve tried getting in touch with the hair company no one reaches back out then says 12 hours for a response still no response I believe it’s a scam . And I needed this wig for my birthday next week and already made my hair appointment for this Friday wasted money ..
