This is a sophisticated platform that… This is a sophisticated platform that is easy to use and has the best customer service I’ve ever seen from a ticketing company. You don’t have to learn anything on your own or read through a ton of pesky manuals that never help or are always outdated. They hold your hand. They transitioned everything over for me.
